INDIANAPOLIS – Milwaukee’s Ari Miller and Wright State’s Jenna Story are this week’s #HLVB weekly award winners following undefeated weeks for both teams as the Raiders extended their winning streak to 11 matches and the Panthers have now won nine straight contests. MKE freshman middle blocker Miller earns Nike® Offensive Player of the Week honors after putting up 59 kills and a .417 attack percentage over four match victories. Raider sophomore libero Story picks up Nike® Defensive Player of the Week for the third time this season, recording 6.64 per set and earning MVP honors at the Ball State Active Ankle Challenge.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK | ARI MILLER | MILWAUKEE | FRESHMAN | MIDDLE BLOCKER | JACKSON, WIS.
In four matches, this week, Miller totaled 59 kills, averaging 4.2 per set, hitting .417. In three victories at the Jackrabbit Invitational, Ari Miller totaled 49 kills, averaging 4.45 per set and hit .391 as she was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament. In a 3-2 comeback win over South Dakota State, Miller recorded a career-high 21 kills, hitting .357. Miller has now reached double digit kills in nine matches this season including five straight. Additionally, Miller tallied five blocks for the Panthers, who have won nine
consecutive matches and moved to 12-1.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK | JENNA STORY | WRIGHT STATE | SOPHOMORE | LIBERO | LOUISVILLE, KY.
Jenna Story continues to be a major defensive rock for the Raiders. This weekend she helped lead Wright State to their 4th consecutive tournament victory going 3-0 at the Ball State Active Ankle Challenge. For her defensive prowess, she was awarded Tournament MVP. She led every match for both squads amassing 73 total digs in only 11 sets putting her at 6.64 digs per set. With her 38 digs against tournament host Ball State, she broke Wright State's single match dig record. She currently leads the conference in total digs and digs per set. Thus far, she has 283 total digs and 6.43 digs per set which puts her at second in the nation in both statistical categories. Story's dig total largely contributes to Wright State's 868 team digs which currently ranks first in the nation.
