After losing 12 contests to the weather the past few weeks, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee baseball team finally got the chance to play its first home game of the 2013 season Wednesday and responded with a 5-0 defeat of Northwestern University at Miller Park.

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's basketball standout Demetrius Harris will be watching the NFL Draft closely this weekend. The former high school football star has caught the attention of league scouts and could find himself drafted by the time the three-day event ends. If not, he is expected to sign with a team as an undrafted free agent and have a very real chance of landing on an NFL roster.
