Favela Qualifies For U.S. Amateur At Pinehurst
	8/5/2008 Loyola University Chicago men's golfer Armando Favela (Tijuana, Mexico/St. Augustine) continues to shine on the national scene as he recently qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship, which will be held in Pinehurst, N.C., Aug. 18-24. Earlier this summer, the senior-to-be captured first place in the independent men's division at the PGA Minority Collegiate Championship. (more)
