The 2010 Horizon League Tennis Championships concluded Sunday, as the Cleveland State men and UIC women won League titles. For the third year in a row the Viking men defeated UIC, with the match being decided by the No. 1 singles match. On the women’s side, UIC defeated Detroit, 4-0, in the Titan’s second-straight finals appearance.
