PLAYER OF THE WEEK | STEPH KOSTOWICZ | MILWAUKEE | SENIOR | FORWARD | OAK CREEK, WIS.

Steph Kostowicz kicked off her senior season in a big way Friday night. The preseason All-Horizon League First Teamer had a dominant showing on a big stage at perennial power Drake, racking up 26 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 31 minutes in the opening round of the Preseason WNIT. She was awfully efficient, going 9-14 from the floor and a perfect 8-8 from the free throw line on the night. In fact, Kostowicz's point and rebound totals were second most of any player in the entire opening round of the prestigious Preseason WNIT.
