INDIANAPOLIS — Green Bay and UIC each earned victories on Wednesday as seven Horizon League teams were action. Khalil Small led Green Bay with a game-high 20 points to help lead the Phoenix to a narrow, 59-57 victory over visiting Eastern Illinois. Meanwhile, UIC’s Dikembe Dixon posted a game-best 17 points in the Flames’ 76-48 win over Wisconsin-Parkside.

Oakland falls at Eastern Michigan, 95-89
(Courtesy of GoldenGrizzlies.com) — YPSILANTI, Mich. — Jalen Hayes recorded his fourth straight double-double by recording a season high 21 points to go with 10 rebounds and five assists as the Oakland men's basketball team fell to Eastern Michigan 95-89 Wednesday night at the Convocation Center. Hayes now has 30 career double-doubles which ties him for third all-time in program history.

Jaguars can't overcome hot shooting, fall to SIUE, 82-81

The Jaguars couldn't contain a hot shooting SIU Edwardsville (2-6) team and lost at home, 82-81. The loss dropped the Jaguars record to 2-5, and was their first home loss of the season.

Titans fall on buzzer-beat to Toledo

Appleby scores career-high 24 points, but Vikings fall at Western Michigan

Strong first half helps ETSU get past @NKUNorseMBB

The Norse drop to 6-3 on the year, while the Bucs improve to 5-3. This was the second matchup between the two teams this season. NKU won the first game at BB&T Arena on Nov. 10 by a score of 81-63.

Bains' late score gives Green Bay 59-57 comeback win over Eastern Illinois

The Phoenix (3-4) didn't get its first lead in the second half until that game-winner by Bains, and trailed by as many as 18 points to the visiting Panthers (2-6).
