INDIANAPOLIS – The second week of the #HLWBB season has wrapped up and week two was highlighted by a tremendous road win by Green Bay at No. 16 Missouri.
#HLWBB NEWS & NOTES
• On Friday, Green Bay picked up one of the biggest wins in program history, defeating No. 16 Missouri, 56-49. The victory snapped the Tigers’ 54-game nonconference home win streak and was the program’s 10th over a ranked opponent
• Preseason Player of the Year Macee Williams leads #HLWBB with 23.0 points per game and ranks fifth with 8.0 rebounds per game. Williams scored 31 points at Wisconsin on Monday.
• Youngstown State’s Chelsea Olson and UIC’s Kara Wilson lead the League with 4.0 assists per game.
• Cleveland State freshman Savanna Crockett leads #HLWBB in two different categories. Crockett is averaging 9.4 rebounds per game and 1.6 blocks per game.
