INDIANAPOLIS – On Saturday, IUPUI and Youngstown State both improved to 7-2 in Horizon League play, while Milwaukee earned its fifth #HLWBB victory.

Youngstown State 73, Cleveland State 55
Youngstown State earned its seventh League victory on Saturday, topping Cleveland State, 73-55. Sarah Cash led the Penguins with 24 points, while Mary Dunn added 22 points off the bench. Three Vikings scored in double figures, led by 17 points from Mariah White and a double-double by Mariah Miller.
IUPUI 67, Green Bay 63 (OT)
IUPUI improved to 7-2 with a 67-63 overtime win at Green Bay on Saturday afternoon. Macee Williams posted a double-double for the Jaguars totaling 14 points and 14 rebounds while four other Jags scored in double figures. Laken James led the Phoenix with 19 points and eight rebounds.
Milwaukee 72, UIC 53
Milwaukee completed the first half of League play at 5-4 after a 72-53 home victory over UIC on Saturday. Brandi Bisping paced the Panthers with 12 points in the contest as teammate Jamie Reit added ten. UIC’s Brittany Byrd led all scorers with 22 points and added five rebounds in the loss.

MOTOR CITY MADNESS
The 2019 Little Caesars Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 5-6 and will culminate with the semifinal and championship games on March 11-12 at Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena. The 2019 men’s and women’s championship games will take place on Tuesday, March 12 with the men playing at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN or ESPN2 and the women starting at noon ET on ESPNU. Tickets for the semifinals and championship go on-sale on February 1. Once quarterfinal games conclude on March 5 and 6, fan section information for participating teams will be announced.
