INDIANAPOLIS – Sunday was the final day for Week 3 in #HLMBB play and it saw UIC give Wright State its first loss in League play and Northern Kentucky win its third-straight game.

Northern Kentucky 96, IUPUI 71
- The Norse have now won three-straight road games inside #HLMBB play.
- Tyler Sharpe tallied his fourth 30-point effort this season for Northern Kentucky as he ended the game with 33 points. Trevon Faulkner added 15 points and Adrian Nelson grabbed 10 boards.
- Marcus Burk scored a team-high 25 points, while Grant Weatherford registered 12.
- NKU shot 56.1 percent from the field and is not 2-0 when shooting 50 percent or better from the floor.
UIC 76, Wright State 72
- With the win, UIC snaps a four-game losing streak and improves to 2-4 League play.
- Michael Diggins scored a game-high 20 points, Jordan Blount added 16 and Tarkus Ferguson tallied a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
- Four Raiders finished in double figures led by Bill Wampler with 16 followed by Loudon Love (15), Tanner Holden (14) and Cole Gentry (13).
- Wright State suffers its first loss in #HLMBB play and has its eight-game winning streak snapped.

HORIZON LEAGUE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2020 Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 3 and 5 at campus sites and eight teams – four men and four women – will look to advance to Indianapolis and #REACHtheHORIZON on March 9-10 at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
Every game of the tournament will be carried on ESPN networks and four of the six games in Indianapolis will appear on national television.
