Horizon League Announces Fan Vote for #HLMBB All-Decade Team
INDIANAPOLIS – To celebrate the past 10 years of men’s basketball success in the Horizon League, the HL will be holding a fan vote to name the Horizon League All-Decade Team.
Fans can go to HorizonLeague.com/Decade to vote for the top #HLMBB players of the last 10 years. All fans that cast a vote will be entered into a contest to win two courtside seats to the Horizon League Men's Basketball Championship game in Indianapolis. The All-Decade Team will be recognized during the Horizon League Basketball Championships held March 9-10 at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
Over the last 10 years, the Horizon League has earned two NCAA Final Four appearances in addition to championship game appearances in the NCAA, NIT, and CIT postseason tournaments.
The HL has also seen seven players drafted to the NBA and three players have eclipsed the 2,000-point mark in their careers.
Voting begins today and will conclude on Sunday, March 1.
