INDIANAPOLIS –  The fourth week of #HLWBB play came to a close on Sunday as IUPUI earned a road win and Green Bay picked up a home victory at the Kress Center.

  • Green Bay defended its home court on Sunday with a dominant win over visiting UIC, 73-36.
  • The Phoenix improved to 4-3 with the victory, dominating on the glass, totaling 50 rebounds in the contest, holding the Flames to just 19 total boards.
  • Caitlyn Hibner led Green Bay 14 points while Hailey Oskey and Patricia Gallasova scored 10 points each for the Phoenix.
  • Tiana Jackson totaled 12 points to lead UIC.
IUPUI 75, Milwaukee 52
  • IUPUI continues to lead the League standings, improving to 7-1 with 75-52 road triumph at Milwaukee on Sunday.
  • The Jags shot 50 percent from the field and 52 percent from three-point range, while the defense held the Panthers to 23 percent from long range.
  • It was a balanced scoring offensive effort from IUPUI as Destiny Perkins, Rachel McLimore, Macee Williams and Sydney Roule posted double-digit scoring efforts.
  • Sydney Staver led the Panthers with ten points in the loss.

HORIZON LEAGUE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2020 Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 3 and 5 at campus sites and eight teams – four men and four women – will look to advance to Indianapolis and #REACHtheHORIZON on March 9-10 at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.

Every game of the tournament will be carried on ESPN networks and four of the six games in Indianapolis will appear on national television.
