INDIANAPOLIS – In the battle for Northeast Ohio, Cleveland State came out victorious to improve to 2-1 in #HLMBB play, while the Penguins dropped their first HL game of the season.

- The Vikings had another impressive performance by Torrey Patton finishing with 25 points, eight rebounds and six assists and Algevon Eichelberger added 14 points.
- Naz Bohannon led the way for YSU with another double-double totaling 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Jelani Simmons with five 3-pointers for 19 points.
- The Vikings shot 52.7 percent from the floor, including going 3-of-5 from long range. In contrast, the Penguins shot 11-for-21 from 3-point range.
- This marks the best start for CSU in #HLMBB play since beginning 3-0 in the 2014-15 season.

HORIZON LEAGUE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2020 Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 3 and 5 at campus sites and eight teams – four men and four women – will look to advance to Indianapolis and #REACHtheHORIZON on March 9-10 at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
Every game of the tournament will be carried on ESPN networks and four of the six games in Indianapolis will appear on national television.
