Green Bay 64, Detroit Mercy 49
  • Green Bay earned its third League victory with a 64-49 win over Detroit Mercy at the Kress Center on Friday.
  • The Phoenix outscored the Titans, 30-10 in the paint and 32-12 in bench points.
  • Jasmine Kondrakiewicz led the Phoenix with 18 points in the contest while Sydney Levy added 15 points for GB.
  • Detroit Mercy’s Kaela Webb scored a game-high 22 points.
Wright State 64, Cleveland State 54
  • Wright State improved to 6-1 in #HLWBB play with a 64-54 victory at Cleveland State on Friday afternoon.
  • The Raiders continued their strong season on the glass, collecting 41 of the 62 rebounds in the contest.
  • A trio of WSU players scored in double figures, led by 14 points from Tyler Frierson. Angel Baker and Emani Jefferson added 11 points each.
  • Mariah White and Destiny Leo each scored 14 points to lead the Vikings.
Oakland 71, Youngstown State 61
  • Oakland moved to 4-3 in League play following a 71-61 road win at Youngstown State on Friday afternoon.
  • The two teams played even in the second and fourth quarters but the Golden Grizzlies had jumped out to a five-point lead after the first quarter and outscored the Penguins by five in the third as well to secure the victory.
  • Kahlaijah Dean (14 points), Alona Blackwell (13 points) and Autumn Kissman (11 points) led the Oakland offense.
  • McKenah Peters scored 14 points to lead YSU while Nneka Obiazor added 12 points and nine rebounds.
Milwaukee 62, Purdue Fort Wayne 42
  • Milwaukee remained undefeated (7-0) in #HLWBB play after topping Purdue Fort Wayne, 62-42, at the Klotsche Center on Friday evening.
  • The Panthers converted 23-27 from the charity stripe in the contest and also had a strong night on the boards, pulling down 43 rebounds and holding the Mastodons to 20 rebounds.
  • Brandi Bisping led MKE with 14 points while Bre Cera and Megan Walstad chipped in 12 points each for the Panthers. Walstad picked up a double-double as well with 13 rebounds.
  • Riley Ott led the Mastodons with 12 points.
