INDIANAPOLIS – In week eight of the #HLWBB regular season, Green Bay, IUPUI, Oakland, Wright State and Youngstown State all posted 2-0 records as the Raiders took over the top spot in the standings and championship seeding.

#HLWBB NEWS & NOTES
• In this week’s College Insider Women’s Mid-Major Top 25 poll, IUPUI moved up six spots to No. 14 while Wright State entered the poll at No. 21 and Milwaukee received votes.

• Wright State leads the League in rebounding (45.2 per game) and scoring defense (52.9 points allowed per game).

• Milwaukee’s Megan Walstad tops the League leaderboard with 8.9 rebounds per #HLWBB contest.

• Green Bay has posted an assist-turnover ratio of 1.09 in League play, best among League teams.

• Oakland’s Kahlaijah Dean averaged 23.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.5 steals while shooting 15-of-26 (57.7%) from the field and 6-for-11 from 3-point range (54.5%) to lead Oakland to a weekend sweep over RMU.

• IUPUI boasts the number one scoring offense in the League as the Jags are scoring 72.3 points per #HLWBB contest.

• Northern Kentucky’s Lindsey Duvall averaged 18.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game against Green Bay this weekend, registering back-to-back double-doubles for the second time this year. She registered 18 points and 11 rebounds in Friday’s contest, then followed with 19 points and 11 boards in game two.

• McKenah Peters averaged 17 points and a team-high nine rebounds in leading Youngstown State to two wins over Purdue Fort Wayne.

• Cleveland State freshman Destiny Leo scored 20 points in the non-league win over Mercyhurst on Saturday while Mariah White finished with 19 points, seven assists and six steals in the contest.

• RMU leads the League in turnover margin (2.86) as the Colonials are forcing 16.9 turnovers per League contest while committing just 14.0 turnovers.

• Sierra Bell leads the Mastodons with 10.3 points per League contest.

• UIC’s Keona Schenck leads the League with 2.3 assists per #HLWBB contest.
