INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI’s Rachel McLimore earned her second Nike
® #HLWBB Player of the Week honor of the season while Oakland’s Kendall Folley picked up her first Nike
® #HLWBB Freshman of the Week award this week. McLimore led the Jaguars to a pair of wins over Milwaukee and Green Bay, scoring 22 points against the Panthers. Folley scored 12 points and added four assists for the Golden Grizzlies in a win at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Rachel McLimore led IUPUI to a pair of key League wins this week, averaging 14.5 points per game. The redshirt senior totaled 22 points, four rebounds, two assists and one steal to lead the Jaguars’ to their #HLWBB win over Milwaukee, 63-60 as she shot 50 percent (8-for-16) from the floor and capitalized at the free throw line (5-for-5) to help IUPUI defeat the Panthers. McLimore also totaled seven points, one rebound, and two assists in the 51-49 win over Green Bay and averages 12.2 points per game this season.

With just six active players, Kendall Folley played 39 minutes against Purdue Fort Wayne, and was a major catalyst in a 63-60 win on Thursday night for the Golden Grizzlies. Folley finished as the second-leading scorer for Oakland with 12 points, and had a team-high four assists. Folley was the engine that drove the Oakland offense, pushing the pace in transition and running the offense. Folley added five rebounds in the most minutes any Oakland player has had to play this season. Her and-one layup with 5:19 remaining in the fourth gave Oakland their first lead of the game after trailing by 16 earlier in the contest.
