INDIANAPOLIS – Week five of #HLWBB play continued on Friday with Youngstown State moving to 9-0 and IUPUI and Milwaukee both improving to 6-3 in the standings.

GAME RECAPS
IUPUI 63, RMU 44
- IUPUI improved to 6-3 in the #HLWBB standings as the Jaguars earned a 63-44 road victory at RMU on Friday.
- The Jags’ defense held the Colonials to 1-11 (9.1 percent) from beyond the arc and 34 percent shooting overall.
- Macee Williams posted a double-double with 18 points and 13 rebounds while Rachel McLimore scored 16 points for IUPUI.
- Sol Castro (16 points) and Esther Castedo (12 points) led RMU offensively as the Colonials fell to 4-5 in League contests.
Youngstown State 69, UIC 46
- Youngstown State remained undefeated (9-0) in #HLWBB play with a 69-46 home win over UIC on Friday night.
- The second quarter was key for the Penguins as they outscored the Flames 26-10 in the period.
- Lilly Ritz had a big game for YSU, scoring a game-high 21 points and hauling in 15 rebounds. Paige Shy added 15 points off the bench for the Penguins while Malia Magestro added 11 points.
- Kristian Young led UIC with 10 points as the Flames dropped to 1-6 in League play.
Milwaukee 68, Purdue Fort Wayne 56
- Milwaukee moved to 6-3 in #HLWBB play with a 68-56 home triumph over Purdue Fort Wayne on Friday evening.
- The Panthers outrebounded the Mastodons 43-26 and also shot 88 percent (22-25) from the free throws line in the win.
- Sydney Staver, McKaela Schmelzer, Emma Wittmershaus and Megan Walstad all scored in double figures for MKE.
- Shayla Sellers scored a game-high 24 points for the Mastodons and Ryin Ott added 11 points for PFW.
