INDIANAPOLIS – The seventh week of #HLWBB play began on Thursday with Cleveland State and Green Bay earning road wins and IUPUI and Northern Kentucky picking up home victories.

Green Bay 73, Wright State 51
  • In its first game since January 8, Green Bay picked up a 73-51 road win at Wright State to move to 5-3 in the standings.
  • The Phoenix started strong offensively, scoring 42 points in the first half while holding the Raiders to 21 points on the defensive end.
  • Sydney Levy scored a game-high 24 points off the bench for GB and Hailey Oskey added 22 points and eight rebounds.
  • Destyne Jackson led WSU with 13 points and Jada Roberson scored 10 points in the loss.
IUPUI 74, Purdue Fort Wayne 55
  • IUPUI improved to 10-3 in #HLWBB play and won its eighth straight contest on Thursday, a 74-55 victory over Purdue Fort Wayne in the Jungle.
  • The Jaguars outscored the Mastodons 44-22 in points in the paint and also outrebounded the visitors 49-24.
  • Macee Williams posted a double-double of 19 points and 13 rebounds while Rachel Kent and Anna Mortag added 13 points each for IUPUI.
  • Aubrey Stupp paced the Mastodons with 21 points and seven rebounds as PFW dropped to 4-8 in League play.
Northern Kentucky 61, Milwaukee 53
  • Northern Kentucky earned a tenth consecutive victory on Thursday night, topping Milwaukee 61-53 to move to 8-2 in League play.
  • The Norse totaled 20 points in the second quarter, shooting 50 percent from the field in the period to build an 11-point lead at the half.
  • Ivy Turner scored a game-high 23 points for NKU and Lindsey Duvall added a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
  • Megan Walstad led the Panthers with 18 points, Sydney Staver scored 13 points and Emma Wittmershaus contributed 11 points as MKE fell to 6-5.
Cleveland State 54, UIC 45
  • Cleveland State is 8-2 in #HLWBB play after the Vikings defeated UIC 54-45 in Chicago on Thursday.
  • The Vikings held the Flames to 19 points in the second half to secure their fourth straight win.
  • Destiny Leo led CSU with 17 points and Brittni Moore brought in 11 rebounds.
  • Jaida McCloud recorded a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
