INDIANAPOLIS – IUPUI and Northern Kentucky each picked up a pair of wins to highlight this week’s #HLWBB action.

#HLWBB NEWS & NOTES

• In this week’s College Insider Women’s Mid-Major Top 25 poll, Youngstown State ranked No. 19, Green Bay ranked No. 20 and Cleveland State ranked No. 24 while RMU and Northern Kentucky received votes.
• Northern Kentucky’s Lindsey Duvall leads the League with 23.5 points per game this season and ranks fourth in rebounding with 10.3 per game.
• Destiny Perkins averaged 16.0 points, 7.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 3.5 steals in the Jaguars two wins this week. She recorded her first double-double of the season with 20 points and a career-high 10 assists with four rebounds and four steals in IUPUI’s 97-86 win over Ohio and scored 12 points with four assists, four rebounds and three steals in the Jaguar’s win over Southern Illinois. Perkins shot 55 percent (11-for-20) from the floor with a 44.4 percent (4-for-9) from the three-point line.
• All five Green Bay starters scored in double figures in the win at Saint Louis on Friday. Cassie Schiltz led the Phoenix with 14 points while Hailey Oskey added 13 points, nine rebounds and four assists.
• Amellia Bromenschenkel scored 21 points in the Mastodons’ win over Chicago State and grabbed eight rebounds and dished out three assists. She shot 9-of-14 (64.3 percent) from the floor and 3-of-6 (50.0 percent) from 3-point range. She led Purdue Fort Wayne to its largest margin of victory over a Division I foe in over a decade.
• Cleveland State’s Deja Williams paces #HLWBB with 4.3 assists per game.
• RMU leads the League in scoring defense this season, allowing 43.8 points per game through four games.
• Wright State shot 59.7 percent in Thursday’s win over Ohio Christian while holding its opponent to 13-61 (21.3 percent) on the defensive end. The Raiders totaled 61 bench points in the contest.
• Lilly Ritz is averaging 19.8 points and 12.8 rebounds per game for the Penguins this season, ranking second in the League in scoring and first in rebounding. Ritz posted a double-double at Western Michigan on Tuesday with 17 points and 16 rebounds.
• Freshman Amaya Burch posted a double-double for the Titans on Tuesday with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
• Breanne Beatty scored a team-high 13 points for the Golden Grizzlies at Illinois on Monday while Kennedie Montue added 12 points.
• Emma Wittmershaus leads the Panthers with 9.8 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game.
