INDIANAPOLIS – #HLWBB play begins on Thursday as Milwaukee hosts Green Bay followed by four more League contests on Friday.

  • In this week’s College Insider Women’s Mid-Major Top 25 poll, Cleveland State moved up ten spots to No. 14 while Green Bay, Youngstown State and Northern Kentucky received votes.
  • Preseason Player of the Year Destiny Leo ranks first in the League in free throw percentage (.955), three-point field-goal percentage (.340) and three-point field goals per game (2.7). She is third in the League in scoring (16.5 points per game).
  • Youngstown State’s Lilly Ritz leads the League with a .547 field-goal percentage and 12.6 rebounds per game while she ranks second in scoring (18.0 points per game).
  • Green Bay ranks first among #HLWBB teams with a .880 team free throw percentage.
  • Emma Wittmershaus and Grace Crowley led Milwaukee with 13 points each in the overtime win over Boise State while Crowley also added eight rebounds.
  • Northern Kentucky’s Lindsey Duvall paces the League with 23.4 points per game this season and ranks third in rebounding (9.2 per game).
  • Linda Van Schaik scored 22 points for the Golden Grizzlies in the victory over Stonehill in Vermont.
  • Danielle Vuletich paced the Colonials with 14 points in the win over Canisius while Mackenzie Amalia and Phoenix Gedeon also scored in double figures.
  • IUPUI’s Destiny Perkins leads the League in assists (4.2 per game) and steals (2.4 per game).
  • Amellia Bromenschenkel is averaging 14.7 points per game to lead the Mastodons offensively.
  • Detroit Mercy leads the League in rebounding margin as the Titans are averaging 46.8 rebounds per game while holding opponents to 35.2 rebounds per game.
  • Wright State paces #HLWBB teams with a .444 team field-goal percentage offensively.
