INDIANAPOLIS – Green Bay earned a double overtime win over Youngtown State, Milwaukee defeated RMU and Northern Kentucky topped Purdue Fort Wayne in Thursday’s #HLWBB action.

  • Northern Kentucky picked up its tenth #HLWBB victory on Thursday, a 67-43 road win at Purdue Fort Wayne.
  • The Norse held the Mastodons to just two points in the second quarter to build a 12-point halftime advantage then shot more than 50 percent from the floor in the second half to secure the victory.
  • Lindsey Duvall led NKU with 15 points while Khamari Mitchell-Steen and Ivy Turner added 11 points each in the win.
  • Audra Emmerson paced PFW with nine points as the Mastodons dropped to 5-9 in League play.
Milwaukee 68, RMU 48
  • Milwaukee improved to 8-5 in #HLWBB play with a 68-48 home win over RMU on Thursday night.
  • The Panthers shot a blistering 65.9 percent from the field, including 69.2 percent in a 20-point third quarter.
  • Megan Walstad posted a big double-double for MKE with 23 points and 11 rebounds, shooting 11-13 from the floor and adding four assists. Sydney Staver chipped in 17 points for the Panthers.
  • Mackenzie Amalia scored nine points to lead the Colonials, who fell to 7-8 in the standings with the loss.
Green Bay 70, Youngstown State 69 (2 OT)
  • Green Bay earned a double-overtime win over Youngstown State on Thursday evening at the Kress Center, outlasting the Penguins 70-69, to move to 7-3 in League play.
  • The Phoenix scored the final six points of the contests as Sydney Levy sealed the win with a pair of free throws with 9.5 seconds left in the second overtime period.
  • Four GB players scored in double figures as Hailey Oskey led the way with 14 points, Cassie Schiltz scored 13 points, Levy totaled 12 points and Bailey Butler added 10 points.
  • YSU also had four in double figures with Lilly Ritz scoring a game-high 19 points as the Penguins dropped to 12-3 in #HLWBB play.
