- Cleveland State picked up a 74-56 home victory over Purdue Fort Wayne on Friday, remaining perfect in League play while the Mastodons fell to 2-4.
- CSU jumped out to an early lead, outscoring PFW 24-5 in the first quarter.
- The Vikings scored 23 points off turnovers in the win.
- Amele Ngwafang posted a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds and Destiny Leo added 16 points and four steals. Brittni Moore was also in double figures for CSU with 14 points.
- Sylare Starks paced the Mastodons with 12 points while Abbigail Stephens and Ryin Ott posted 11 points and 10 points, respectively.
