INDIANAPOLIS – In Saturday’s #HLWBB action, Green Bay, Milwaukee and Youngstown State earned road victories while Detroit Mercy picked up a win at home.

Milwaukee 72, Wright State 61
- Milwaukee improved to 4-2 in #HLWBB play with a 72-61 road victory at Wright State on Saturday afternoon.
- The Panthers dominated the glass, outrebounding the Raiders 39-19 with 10 offensive rebounds.
- Four MKE players scored in double figures highlighted by Kendall Nead with a 16-point, 11-rebound double-double and 18 points from Megan Walstad. Kamy Peppler added 17 points and Emma Wittmershaus chipped in 11 points.
- Emily Chapman led WSU with 14 points and Kacee Baumhower scored 11 points as the Raiders fell to 0-6 in League contests.
Detroit Mercy 64, RMU 58
- Detroit Mercy collected its first League win of the season on Saturday, defeating RMU 64-58 at home.
- The Titans had a strong third quarter, outscoring the Colonials 20-11 in the period and took advantage of a 51-20 rebounding edge in the contest, scoring 11 second chance points.
- Amaya Burch posted a double-double for Detroit Mercy with 18 points and 16 rebounds while Emma Trawally Porta added 13 points and eight rebounds.
- Alejandra Mastral paced RMU with 15 points and Mackenzie Amalia and Danielle Vuletich added 10 points each as the Colinails dropped to 1-5 in League play.
Green Bay 70, Northern Kentucky 53
- Green Bay extended its winning streak to nine games on Saturday while moving to 5-1 in #HLWBB play as the Phoenix earned a 70-53 win at Northern Kentucky.
- GB held key advantages over the Norse in points off turnovers, 18-3, and points in the paint, 28-14.
- Cassie Schiltz led the Phoenix with 18 points and added five rebounds and five assists. Jasmine Kondrakiewicz, Bailey Butler and Maddy Schreiber added 11 points each.
- Ivy Turner and Trinity Thompson scored 10 points each as the Norse dropped to 3-3 in League action.
Youngstown State 68, Oakland 67 (OT)
- Youngstown State improved to 5-1 in League action with a 68-67 overtime victory at Oakland on Saturday afternoon.
- Megan Callahan sent the game to overtime with a pair of free throws for the Penguins with 16 seconds left in regulation.
- Paige Shy totaled four points in the extra period for YSU and Callahan secured the win for a free throw with seven seconds left.
- Lilly Ritz posted a double-double for the Penguins with 18 points and 17 rebounds and Callahan and Shy totaled 13 points each.
- Alexis Johnson and Brooke Daniels totaled 18 points each to lead the Golden Grizzlies as Oakland fell to 2-4 in #HLWBB play.
