Milwaukee Crowned 2023 #HLWSOC Champions

MILWAUKEE (November 4, 2023) – No. 1 seed Milwaukee earned the #HLWSOC title and clinched an NCAA Tournament berth in Saturday’s championship match.

- Championship MVP Brooke Parnello scored the lone goal in the contest on a penalty kick in the 81st minute.
- Goalkeeper of the Year Kendall Edwards made three saves in the shutout victory, including a key stop with just over 12 minutes to play in second half to keep the match scoreless.
- Milwaukee totaled 18 shots, including 12 in the first half, while holding the Norse to eight total shots.
- Player of the Year Kayla Rollins led the Panthers with five shots.
- NKU Goalkeeper Mickayla Kowalski made seven saves.
