Hayashi received several postseason accolades, earning All-North Region Second Team by the United Soccer Coaches. She was also tabbed All-North Region Third Team back in 2021.
She hit new highs for the program, becoming the first Colonial to earn First-Team honors by the Horizon League in 2023. The conference awarded the Sportsmanship Award to the captain for displaying core values, on and off the field.
Concluding the 2021 spring and 2021 fall season, Hayashi was tabbed to the Horizon League All-Conference Second Team as well.
In her final year of college soccer, she led the team to their first playoff appearance in program history since joining the Horizon League conference. By scoring one goal and two assists against Wright State, she helped RMU win their first playoff contest and was named to the All-Tournament Team.
Across the 20-game campaign, Hayashi produced four goals and eight assists, totaling 16 points. She was a staple for the team's midfield, playing all 90 minutes in each of the last nine games of the season.

Bolstering the midfield, Hayashi led RMU to being one of the most dynamic offenses in the conference, seeing RMU finish with the second most goals (39). Their 39 scores reached a program record, beating the previous best by three. Under Head Coach Chris Shaw, the Colonials 12 wins in the campaign also achieved a new program best. After beating YSU at the end of the regular season, RMU reached five wins in conference action, gathering the most conference victories in a single season since becoming a member of the Horizon League.
Throughout her career, Hayashi registered 14 goals and 16 assists, reaching 44 career points in 63 games.
