They shot a season-high 68% from the field to go along with a season-best 38 field goals. Cassie Schiltz led the way with 16 points and an efficient 4-5 from three. Vikings Claim Two Victories to End Non-Conference Slate The current leader of the #HLWBB standings finished their non-conference schedule with back-to-back wins this past week. A 24-point performance from Mickayla Perdue led Cleveland State to a 70-63 win over Southern Mississippi on Wednesday. The next day, Colbi Maples scored 20 points on the way to a 69-59 win over Drexel. Milwaukee Hits 100 in Record-Setting Win The Panthers were on the right side of a lopsided win on Wednesday, winning 100-37 against Viterbo. Four players scored in double figures for Milwaukee, including a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double from Anna Lutz. Mastodons Earn Non-Conference Win over Aquinas #HLWBB Freshman of the Week Erin Woodson had an efficient day in Purdue Fort Wayne’s 77-43 win over Aquinas on Thursday. Woodson scored 15 points, shooing 3-4 from behind the arc and a perfect 6-6 from the free throw line. Detroit Mercy Wins Close Battle over Florida A&M Four Titans scored in double digits as Detroit Mercy pulled away from Florida A&M 72-66 on Thursday. Myonna Hooper led the way with 17 points, Emma Trawally Porta poured in 16, Irena Murua scored 15 and Amaya Burch rounded out the group with 10 points. Raiders Come Out on Top over Wyoming Wright State won a tight battle with Wyoming 66-61 on Friday.
