INDIANAPOLIS – Week 9 of #HLMBB play continued on Thursday with Youngstown State winning a battle for first place at home while RMU also picked up a home victory.

Youngstown State 87, Milwaukee 58
- Youngstown State is in sole possession of first place in the #HLMBB standings after an 87-58 win over Milwaukee as the Penguins moved to 13-4 in League play and 21-7 overall.
- Adrian Nelson led YSU with 19 points, Dwayne Cohill scored 18 points and Malek Green posted a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
- Elijah Jamison scored 12 points to lead the Panthers as they dropped to 12-5 in #HLMBB contests.
- The Penguins forced 17 turnovers, converting those into 32 points offensively and finishing with 20 fast break points.
RMU 71, Green Bay 56
- RMU improved to 8-9 in #HLMBB action with a 71-56 home victory over Green Bay on Thursday night.
- Four Colonials scored in double figures with Enoch Cheeks leading the way with 18 points.
- Clarence Cummings III paced the Phoenix with 12 points.
- RMU bested GB in points off turnovers (20-11), points in the paint (34-18) and second chance points (20-6).
