Cleveland State 87, Wright State 49
  • Cleveland State earned its ninth straight win on Saturday, taking down Wright State, 87-49, to move to 16-2 in League play and 26-3 overall.
  • The Viking defense held the Raiders to just 18 points in the second half and 8-28 (28.6 percent) from three-point range in the game.
  • Amele Ngwafang led CSU with 25 points, Brittni Moore posted a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds and Destiny Leo and Deja Williams scored in double figures.
  • Emily Chapman paced WSU with 10 points.
IUPUI 87, Oakland 73
  • IUPUI picked up its 11th #HLWBB victory on Saturday, defeating Oakland, 87-73 on the road while the Golden Grizzlies fell to 6-11 in League action.
  • The Jags shot 50 percent from the field in the win and 70.6 percent from the free throw line.
  • Five IUPUI players scored in double figures with Jazmyn Turner leading the way with 21 points and 10 rebounds, shooting 10-13 from the floor.
  • Kennedie Montue posted 15 points to lead four OAK players in double figures.
Purdue Fort Wayne 65, Northern Kentucky 59
  • Purdue Fort Wayne moved to 9-9 in #HLWBB play with a 65-59 home win over Northern Kentucky on Saturday as the Norse dropped to 9-9 in League contests.
  • The Mastodons scored 20 points off turnovers and added 30 bench points while going 5-6 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.
  • Audra Emmerson paced the ‘Dons with 19 points and Amellia Bromenschenkel added 14 points.
  • Lindsey Duvall scored a game-high 21 points for the Norse while Ivy Turner contributed 16 points.
