#HLMBB Player of the Week
Antoine Davis | Detroit Mercy | Redshirt Senior | Guard | Birmingham, Ala.
Davis claims his third-straight Player of the Week honor and his sixth of the season, tied for the second most in a single-season, and increases his career record to 15 all-time selections. He averaged a League-best 30.5 points for the week and added 3.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals as the Titans swept a pair of games at Oakland and against IUPUI. He began the week with 30 points, hitting 11-of-17 from the field and 7-of-13 from 3-point range along with tallying four rebounds, two assists and a steal in the victory at Oakland. He then came back with 31 points, five assists and a career-high six steals against IUPUI. Davis, the nation's leading scorer, broke the school’s single-season record for 3-pointers (140) and points (809), both held by Rashad Phillips in 2000-01. He upped his career point total to 3,543, 124 shy of Pete Maravich's NCAA record 3,667, and extended his 3-point mark to 569. His 27.9 points on the year would be a Horizon League record, breaking the 27.6 by Loyola's Alfredrick Hughes in 1983-84.

DJ Jackson | IUPUI | Freshman | Guard | Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Jackson picks up his second Freshman of the Week honor in the past three weeks and the program’s eighth of the season after averaging 15.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game while shooting 56 percent (14-25) from the field for the week. He opened the week with a career-high 23 points as he went 10-of-15 from the field and hit all three of his free-throw attempts to go along with four rebounds and a career-high three steals at Oakland on Wednesday. His 23 points were the most by an IUPUI freshman this season and marked his first career 20-point game. Jackson followed up with eight points, a rebound and an assist at Detroit Mercy on Sunday.
