Barbasol Announced as Title Sponsor for 2023 Horizon League Basketball Championships
INDIANAPOLIS – The Horizon League announced on Thursday that it has finalized an agreement with Barbasol to become the title sponsor of the 2023 Horizon League Basketball Championships.
This marks the first year that Barbasol will serve as the title sponsor for the Horizon League Basketball Championships. CSMG, a national sponsorship sales partner of the League, helped secure the opportunity.
“We are excited about and appreciate this new partnership with Barbasol as we join forces to highlight our incredible student-athletes during the upcoming basketball championships,” said Horizon League Commissioner Julie Roe Lach. “The fact that Barbasol started in Indianapolis over 100 years ago connects with our vision for the basketball championships to be a long-term community event in our extraordinary city. Finally, we are grateful to CSMG for their teamwork in making this partnership happen.”

The opening rounds of the 2023 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championships will start on campus with first round games set for Tuesday, Feb. 28 followed by quarterfinal matchups on Thursday, March 2.
The action shifts to Indianapolis March 6-7 as eight teams – four men’s and four women’s – will advance to Indy and look to #REACHtheHORIZON at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum located at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.
