INDIANAPOLIS – The final weekend of the regular season begins on Friday with seeding on the line ahead of next week’s #HLSB championship. Green Bay and IUPUI earned series sweeps while Oakland and Youngstown State also picked up series wins in last week’s action.

- Green Bay’s Tiffany Giese paces the League with a .460 average in #HLSB play while ranking first in hits (29) and on-base percentage (.558).
- IUPUI’s Madison Bryant earned back-to-back Horizon League wins in the circle for the Jags this week as she totaled 23 strikeouts over 13 innings of work with a 0.54 ERA.
- Reese Ruhlman leads Oakland and #HLSB with a slugging percentage of .870 in League contests while ranking sixth in the League with a .413 average in those contests.
- Youngstown State’s Sara Fessler ranks in the top five among League players in #HLSB games in batting average (.414), on-base percentage (.547) and hits (24).
- Northern Kentucky’s Lauryn Hicks has allowed just five earned runs in #HLSB play, posting a 0.98 ERA in 35.2 innings pitched.
- Avery Winchell was 2-3 in RMU’s 4-3 victory over Oakland on Thursday, blasting a three-run home run and adding a double.
- Melissa Holzopfel earned the win in the circle for the Vikings at YSU on Thursday, allowing just one unearned run with eight strikeouts. Holzopfel also hit an RBI double in the first to give CSU an early lead.
- Purdue Fort Wayne’s Taryn Jenkins leads the League with 17 stolen bases in #HLSB play.
- Jaiden Lara has blasted three home runs in #HLSB contests to lead Detroit Mercy.
