INDIANAPOLIS (January 15, 2024) – Cleveland State’s Mickayla Perdue and Milwaukee’s Jorey Buwalda earned this week’s Under Armour #HLWBB weekly awards.

  • Helped Cleveland State to a 2-0 week with wins over Detroit Mercy and Purdue Fort Wayne
  • Averaged 22.0 points per game on a .500 field goal percentage for the week.
  • Tallied her sixth 20-point game of the year with 25 points in the win over Detroit Mercy, scoring the first 15 points of the game for the Vikings
  • Followed that up with a 19-point performance in the win over Purdue Fort Wayne
  • Went 8-for-16 from the floor against UDM and 6-for-12 from the floor against PFW
    • Also recorded four assists and two steals in the game against Detroit Mercy
    • Is now averaging 15.2 points per game for the season as one of just five #HLWBB players with 15.0+ ppg.
