#HLMBB DIG DEEPER
  • Jalen Jackson averaged 16.0 points this week to lead the Mastodons to two victories and make Purdue Fort Wayne the only unbeaten team in League action. Jackson also chipped in 5.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals with just one turnover on the week. The Mastodons pace #HLMBB in team three-point field goal percentage (43.9) and opponent three-point field goal percentage (26.5) in League contests.
  • Tristan Enaruna leads Cleveland State with 13.5 points per #HLMBB game this season while Jayson Woodrich adds 12.0 points per game in #HLMBB play. Woodrich scored in double figures in both games, averaging 18.5 points and helping the Vikings to a 2-0 week in League play. The junior poured in a career-high 23 points to lead all scorers at IUPUI on Sunday, including 18 points in the second half and scored 14 points and grabbed six rebounds in Thursday’s win over Oakland.
  • Wright State leads the League in scoring offense (87.7 points per game) and team field goal percentage (55.5) during #HLMBB play. The Raiders also rank first in assists (18.0 per game). Three WSU players rank in the top ten in scoring in #HLMBB games. Tanner Holden is second with 24.7 points per game while Trey Calvin is seventh with 16.3 points per game and Brandon Noel ranks tenth (14.3 points per game). Noel also leads the League with 9.7 rebounds per #HLMBB game while Holden is first in field goal percentage (75.0).
  • Kentrell Pullian led Milwaukee to a 2-0 mark in a pair of League games this week as he averaged 24.0 points and 3.5 rebounds a game, shooting 55.6 percent (15-of-27) from the floor and 78.9 percent (15-of-19) from the free throw line. Pullian started with a career-high 28 points against RMU Friday and followed that up with 20 more points in the 91-83 victory over Wright State Sunday.
  • Under Armour #HLMBB Player of the Week Noah Reynolds led the Phoenix to a 2-0 week with wins over Wright State and RMU. He scored a career-high 39 points on 14-of-19 shooting to go with six assists against the Raiders on Friday. That 39-point performance is the most points scored by a player across Division I in a regulation game this season, and is the sixth-most in a single game in program history. The Peoria, Ill., native backed that performance up with a game-high 27 points on Sunday. He currently leads the League in scoring (24.8 points per game) and assists (5.8 per game) in #HLMBB contests.
  • Oakland’s Blake Lampman set career highs in points (26), field goals made (8) and three-point field goals made (7) in an 88-81 win over Youngstown State on Sunday.
  • Northern Kentucky boasts the top scoring defense and opponent field goal percentage in League action, allowing just 62.3 points per game to opponents in its first three contests while holding them to 40.4 percent shooting.
  • Youngstown State leads the League in rebounding (36.7) in #HLMBB contests. Gabe Dynes paces the Penguins and the League with 3.3 blocked shots per #HLMBB game and Brett Thompson ranks first in assist-turnover ratio (5.0).
  • A trio of Jaguars scored in double figures in Friday’s win over Detroit Mercy. Vincent Brady II led IUPUI with 17 points while Bryce Monroe and DJ Jackson added 13 points each.
