INDIANAPOLIS (January 30, 2024) – The Horizon League made another major move today ahead of the 2024 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championships. KeyBank agreed to a partnership extension centered around the title sponsorship of our International Women’s Day Celebration for the next three years.
Why this matters: This extension provides impactful financial and operational support ahead of the third annual KeyBank International Women’s Day Celebration between the women’s and men’s basketball championship games at the Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championships on Tuesday, March 12. The 2023 KeyBank International Women’s Day Tipoff Celebration brought together around 200 women leaders and allies from the Indianapolis community.

- This year’s 2024 KeyBank International Women’s Day Celebration will feature a panel discussion with the women behind NBA All-Star 2024 and the multimillion dollar renovation of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Panelists include President and COO of Pacers Sports and Entertainment Mel Raines, Vice President of Facility Operations of Pacers Sports and Entertainment Melody Park and Director of Events, Activations, and Venues for NBA All-Star 2024 Ebony Armstrong.

- All attendees will receive tickets to the Barbasol Horizon League Women's and Men's Basketball Championship games, scheduled for noon and 7 p.m. ET, respectively, on Tuesday, March 12, inside the Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
- The IWD Celebration will take place in the Pop Weaver Youth Pavilion, located directly South of the Indiana Farmers Coliseum at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.
- Registration is now open here. Tickets to the event are free to attendees and include a cocktail hour and appetizers. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for food, beverages and networking prior to the panel beginning at 5:30 p.m.
- The 2024 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championships will begin March 5 and 7 with early round games on campus and will culminate with the semifinal and championship games at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum March 11-12.
