Five players reached double figures in scoring as the Mastodons broke the 100 point mark for the second time this season. Audra Emmerson led all scorers with 22 points, followed by 21 from Amellia Bromenschenkel, 15 from Destinee Marshall, 12 from Renna Schwieterman, and 10 from Erin Woodson. Phoenix Pick Up Two More League Wins Green Bay continued their winning ways this week with wins against IUPUI and Wright State. On Jan. 24, the Phoenix handled the Jaguars 87-59 behind 21 points from #HLWBB Player of the Week Jasmine Kondrakiewicz. On Sunday, Green Bay won at home 77-59 versus Wright State, with Kondrakiewicz once again hitting the 20-point mark. Perdue’s Six Threes Lead Vikings Past Golden Grizzlies Mickayla Perdue posted a game-high 24 points to lead Cleveland State past Oakland, 77-65, on Thursday. Perdue hit all of the Vikings’ 3-pointers, shooting a season-best 6-of-9. Jordana Reisma and Sara Guerriero also hit double figures, scoring 18 and 17 points, respectively. Panthers Outlast Raiders in Overtime Jada Donaldson and Anna Lutz dropped a pair of 20-point performances to pull out an entertaining 93-87 win in overtime on Friday. Donaldson nailed four 3-pointers in her first career 20-point game, while Lutz hit 20 points for the fourth time this season. Detroit Mercy Defends Home Court in Saturday Win Detroit Mercy defeated Cleveland State 69-56 on Saturday thanks to a stout defensive performance. The Titans defense held strong, holding the Vikings way under their season average of 75 points a game. On the offensive end, Amaya Burch, Emma Trawally Porta, and Irene Murua all hit double figures. Saunders and Magestro Power Penguins Win Emily Saunders and Malia Magestro combined for 43 points in Youngstown State’s 71-46 win over RMU on Saturday.
