INDIANAPOLIS (November 25, 2024) – Green Bay’s Natalie McNeal and Northern Kentucky’s Kamora Morgan earned this week’s Under Armour #HLWBB weekly awards.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK | NATALIE MCNEAL | GREEN BAY | SENIOR | GUARD | GERMANTOWN, WIS.
- Played an integral role in Green Bay defeating DePaul 70-57 this past Thursday
- Paced the Phoenix with 17 points and had a team-high seven field goals on 17 attempts
- Leads Green Bay in field goals made and attempted, free throws made, free throw percentage, points, and defensive rebounds
- Second on the team in total rebounds and minutes
FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK | KAMORA MORGAN | NORTHERN KENTUCKY | FRESHMAN | GUARD | OSHAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA
- Scored a career-high 21 points against reigning OVC Champ Southern Indiana.
- 18 of her 21 points came in the second half, with 13 in the fourth quarter.
- Norse trailed by 19 in the third quarter, but Morgan led the Norse back into the game, cutting the lead to one.
- Displayed efficient scoring, making 8 of 12 shots from the field and 2 of four from three.
- Morgan also recorded five rebounds and a steal in 26 minutes of play.
