- Mastodons Comeback Late in Win Over Jaguars
- Purdue Fort Wayne earned its third League win of the season on Wednesday night, defeating IU Indy 79-71. The ‘Dons used a 29-14 surge in the fourth quarter and capitalized on turnovers all game, scoring 31 points off of the Jags’ giveaways. Amellia Bromenschenkel led the team in scoring with 19 points.
- Green Bay Blitzes Milwaukee in Intra-State Showdown
- The Phoenix rode a 31-point third quarter to an 86-53 victory over Milwaukee on Wednesday. Maddy Schreiber paced Green Bay with 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting. Jasmine Kondrakiewicz dropped 16 points and Natalie McNeal added 11 points.
- Cleveland State Extends Winning Streak to Seven
- The Vikings offense continued its hot streak, earning two more wins over Bethune-Cookman and Wright State this past week. CSU averaged over 80 points in the victories, with Jordana Reisma and Mickayla Perdue leading the scoring punch. Reisma averaged 20.5 points and seven rebounds while Perdue averaged 24 points on 60% shooting from the field.
- Colonials Use Stout Defense in Saturday Win
- RMU held Mercyhurst to its season-worst shooting performance in a 69-49 win on Saturday. The Lakers shot just 34% from the field and committed 24 turnovers, leading to 29 RMU points. The 12 steals and five blocks that RMU logged both tied season-highs.
