INDIANAPOLIS (December 31, 2024) – IU Indianapolis earns its first League win of the season, Purdue Fort Wayne put on an offensive show and Cleveland State wins its 10th straight in overtime to highlight last week’s #HLWBB games.

  • Gotta Have “Faith”
    • IU Indy’s Faith Stinson did it all in the Jaguars’ 65-50 win over Youngstown State on Saturday. The junior forward finished with a career-high 22 points to go with eight rebounds and four blocks. #HLWBB Azyah Newson-Cole added 13 points while Alexa Hocevar scored 11 points.
  • O’Brien Leads Detroit to Saturday Win
    • Emaia O’Brien’s 19 points and five three-pointers led the Titans to a 66-58 victory over RMU. Aaliyah McQueen and Makayla Jackson also reached double-digits with 13 and 11 points, respectively.
  •  Purdue Fort Wayne Put on Offensive Showcase at Wright State
    • Four Mastodons score in double figures in a 76-49 win on the road versus the Raiders. Amellia Bromenschenkel led the way with 16 points and six rebounds, followed by Lauren Ross with 12 points and five rebound. Sydney Freeman also added 12 points and Jazzlyn Linbo rounded out the quartet with 10 points and eight boards.
  • Vikings Keep Win Streak Alive in Overtime Victory
    • Cleveland State is winners of 10 straight after a 73-68 overtime win on Sunday. Mickayla Perdue finished with a game-high 21 points, while two Vikings recorded double-doubles. Jordana Reisma put up 17 points and 10 rebounds and Sara Guerreiro posted 11 points and 13 rebounds.
  • Golden Grizzlies Add Another League Win
    • Maddy Skorupski and Macy Smith combined for 49 points on Oakland’s 86 points in a tight 86-85 win against Northern Kentucky. Skorupski reached a career-high with 29 points while Macy Smith recorded her second game this season with 20+ points. Madison Royal-Davis also added her first double-double of the season with 10 points and a season-high 14 rebounds.
