- Green Bay is in sole possession of the top spot in the standings after a 2-0 road trip. Noah Reynolds poured in a game-high 32 points to go with five rebounds and two blocks to lead the Phoenix at RMU, marking the sixth time this season that he has scored 30+ points. Preston Ruedinger stepped up to score 26 points at Youngstown State in Reynolds’ absence on Saturday while Foster Wonders hit the game-winner for GB.
- Marques Warrick made NKU history as he became the program’s all-time leading scorer with 2,069 career points to cap off NKU’s perfect 2-0 week. He started the week with 20 points, four assists, three rebounds, and a steal in an overtime win over Oakland then followed it up with the record-setting day as he posted 22 points, a season-best five helpers and two boards in the victory against Detroit Mercy.
- Tristan Enaruna registered 24 points to lead the Vikings to a comeback victory over Purdue Fort Wayne on Wednesday night. The senior forward has now scored 23 or more points in five consecutive games for Cleveland State.
- Trey Townsend led Oakland in a victory at Wright State on Saturday, shooting 64.3 percent from the field for a game-high 19 points and adding seven rebounds.
- Youngstown State’s DJ Burns is among the nation’s leaders with 16 double-doubles this season. The senior averaged 22 points and 14 rebounds while shooting 52 percent from the field and 86.7 percent from the free-throw line for the Penguins this week.
- Wright State leads the nation in team field goal percentage as the Raiders are shooting 52.9 percent this season. WSU also ranks in the top ten in scoring offense (85.0 points per game).
- Purdue Fort Wayne ranks in the top ten nationally with 9.9 steals per game led by Anthony Roberts (2.0) and Rasheed Bello (1.9).
- Markeese Hastings averaged 23.0 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 71.4 percent from the field and 55.6 percent from 3-point range for the Colonials this week as they picked up a win over Milwaukee.
- Milwaukee paces the League with 13.6 offensive rebounds and 25.5 bench points per game.
- Bryce Monroe posted 16 points, four assists and four rebounds for IUPUI on Saturday.
- Detroit Mercy’s Marcus Tankersley led the League with 26.5 points per game this week.
