#HLMBB DIG DEEPER
  • Tahj Staveskie averaged 17 points and two rebounds per game in helping the Vikings to a 2-0 week with both wins coming on the road to grab first place in the #HLMBB standings. Freshman Je’Shawn Stevenson added 14 points and three rebounds for Cleveland State in the road victories.
  • Under Armour #HLMBB Player of the Week Rasheed Bello led the League in scoring with 24.5 points per game this week while teammate Jalen Jackson ranked second with 22.0 points per game. Purdue Fort Wayne’s Quinton Morton-Robertson paced #HLMBB with 2.5 steals per game this week.
  • Sean Craig had 19 points, a career-high seven assists and five rebounds in the Jaguars’ 95-61 win over Detroit Mercy on Thursday. The junior forward connected on three three-point field goals as IU Indianapolis made 18 threes, falling one shy of tying the program’s single-game record.
  • Gabe Dynes posted a 12-point, 15-rebound double-double in Youngstown State’s victory over Northern Kentucky, adding four blocks. Juwan Maxey led the Penguins with 19 points and Ty Harper added 14 points.
  • Themus Fulks led Milwaukee with 16.0 points and 3.5 assists per game this week while Kentrell Pullian contributed 14.5 points and 11.0 rebounds for the Panthers against Purdue Fort Wayne and Green Bay.
  • Buru Naivalurua led Oakland in scoring with 15.5 points per game, adding 8.5 rebounds per game with 13 total offensive rebounds and shooting 65 percent from the floor.
  • Five Colonials scored in double figures in Sunday’s victory over Wright State. Alvaro Folgueiras led RMU with 16 points and seven rebounds while Josh Omojafo contributed 15 points.
  • Keaton Norris returned to the Wright State lineup and turned in a pair of double-digit scoring performances, including a career-high 14 points in Wednesday’s win over Oakland, following that up with 10 points at RMU.
  • Preston Ruedinger led Green Bay with seven assists at Milwaukee while Marcus Hall and Yonatan Levy paced the Phoenix in scoring with 15 points each.
  • Detroit Mercy freshman Grant Gondrezick II averaged 20.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists, shooting 42.9 percent from three-point range, while playing 76 of the team's 80 minutes this week.
  • NKU’s Sam Vinson paces the League with 5.7 assists per game in #HLMBB action.
  • The 2025 Barbasol Horizon League Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships are scheduled to culminate at the Corteva Coliseum in Indianapolis March 10-11 with the mantra #MarchStartsHere following on-campus action on March 4 and 6.
