- Norse Defend Home Court in Back-to-Back Victories
- Northern Kentucky rattled off two wins at home last week with wins against RMU on Wednesday and IU Indy on Saturday. Macey Blevins led the Norse with an efficient two-game stretch, averaging 16 point per game on 55% from the field and 63% from three-point range.
- Staton Averages Double-Double in Consecutive Wright State Wins
- Graduate forward Amaya Staton averaged 12.5 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks across Wright State’s wins over Detroit Mercy on Wednesday and Youngstown State on Sunday. Staton currently ranks first in the League in total rebounds (142), blocks (32) and double-double games (5).
- Jags Earn Road Win at Oakland
- Four players scored in double figures for IU Indy in its 79-73 win on Wednesday. Katie Davidson led the team with 23 points on 3-of-5 from three-point range, followed by 17 points on 3-of-6 from three by Nevaeh Foster. Alexa Hocevar added 14 points and Jada Patton finished with 10 points.
- Phoenix Win Two More, Move to Second in League Standings
- Green Bay is now winners of six straight after defeating Youngstown State on Thursday and RMU on Saturday. In the win over the Penguins, #HLWBB Player of the Week Natalie McNeal paced all scorers with 17 points. Against the Colonials, McNeal and Cassie Schiltz combined for 42 points and 28 rebounds in a dominant victory.
- ‘Dons Win 10 Straight in Dramatic Fashion
- Purdue Fort Wayne remains undefeated and atop the League after earning victories against Milwaukee and Cleveland State. The highest-scoring offense in the League had four players score in double figures in both wins and hit the 70-point mark in both games. Lauren Ross, one of the four best three-point shooters in the nation, shot 50% from deep and hit the game-winning three-pointer to defeat the Vikings.
- O’Brien and McQueen Combine for 44 in Metro Series Win
- Emaia O’Brien scored 23 points and Aaliyah McQueen added 21 points and 17 rebounds to lead Detroit Mercy to a 67-59 victory versus Oakland on Saturday. The duo continues to score in bunches this seasons, with McQueen logging four games with 20+ points and O’Brien right behind her with three.
