- Mastodons Keep Win Streak Going
- Purdue Fort Wayne sticks to its winning ways, claiming its 13th straight win for the fifth-longest winning streak in Division I. Against Detroit Mercy, Sydney Freeman stuffed the stat sheet with 20 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals. Versus IU Indy, Lauren Ross posted her seventh 20-point game and hit five three-pointers in the win.
- Norse Shut Down Panthers in Thursday Win
- Northern Kentucky came out on top after a battle with Milwaukee on Thursday. Four starters for the Norse hit double-digits, led by Mya Meredith and Macey Blevins with 13 points each along with three steals apiece. Abby Wolterman and Halle Idowu both added 10 points.
- RMU Runs Through Michigan Unscathed
- The Colonials won back-to-back games on the road against Oakland and Detroit Mercy last week. Across the two contests, RMU shot 48% from three-point range. #HLWBB Freshman of the Week Jennica Suggs shot a combined 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
- Second Quarter Surge Help Vikings Defeat Penguins
- A 12-point lead at halftime gave Cleveland State the cushion it needed to ride out a win against Youngstown State on Thursday. Sara Guerreiro did a little bit of everything, finishing with a stat line of 18 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and four steals. Mickayla Perdue also added 16 points and Jordana Reisma contributed 12 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks.
- Phoenix On Fire
- Green Bay has a win streak of its own going, which is now at 10 games and tied for the eighth longest in the nation. In a win over Wright State, Jasmine Kondrakiewicz scored a career-high 31 points. Versus Northern Kentucky, the Phoenix hit 11 three-pointers — the fourth time they have logged at least 10 treys in a game.
- Another Day, Another Double-Double for Staton
- Amaya Staton’s 13-point, 12-rebound double-double led the way towards a win for Wright State over Milwaukee on Saturday. Now with six double-doubles on the season, she leads the Horizon League in the category.
