  • Norse Drop 16 Triples in Wednesday Win
    • Down nine at the end of the third quarter, Northern Kentucky fought its way back to win 72-69 in a thrilling victory over Cleveland State on Wednesday. The Norse connected on a season-high 16 three-pointers, with Kalissa Lacy leading the way with five three-pointers. Mya Meredith and Jaci Jones both hit three triples as well.
  • Staton Leads Raiders Past Penguins in OT
    • #HLWBB Player of the Week Amaya Staton recorded her League-leading tenth double-double in a 78-76 overtime victory. The graduate forwards scored a season-high 23 points to go with 16 rebounds. Lauren Scott and Macie Taylor both hit double-digits in points with 13 and 10, respectively.
  • Colonials Move Up Standings with Consecutive Wins
    • RMU rallied off back-to-back wins against IU Indy and Northern Kentucky last week. Noa Givon ended the Colonials’ win over the Jaguars with 14 points while Isys Grady paced RMU with 15 points. The team now sits at fourth in the #HLWBB standings.
  • Detroit Mercy Wins Defensive Battle in Calihan
    • The Titans buckled down defensively to secure a 50-46 win against Milwaukee on Thursday. After an offense-heavy first quarter, Detroit Mercy’s defense hunkered down the rest of the game. From the second quarter on, the Titans defense held the Panthers offense to just 29 points on 9-of-42 shooting from the field and 0-for-13 from three-point range.
  • There’s A New Number One in Town
    • Green Bay, riding the sixth-longest winning streak, moved into the top spot of the #HLWBB standings this weekend after defeating Oakland and Detroit Mercy. The Phoenix offense was firing on all cylinders, averaging 75.5 points with shooting splits of 53/50/83 across the two victories.
  • Vikings Makes A Statement in Road Win Over Mastodons
    • After losing to Purdue Fort Wayne in a close contest earlier this season, Cleveland State make the season series even with a 61-52 win on Saturday. Mickayla Perdue scored a game-high 23 points while Jordana Reisma (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Destiny Leo (13 points, 10 rebounds) both recorded double-doubles in the victory.
  • Peppler Leads Panthers to Road Win
    • In Milwaukee’s 61-49 win at Oakland, freshman Kallie Peppler led the way for the Panthers. Logging a season-high 25 minutes, Peppler tied her career-high with 12 points on 2-of-2 shooting from beyond the arc.
  • Jaguars Win in Wild Finish
    • Down five points with 27 seconds left in regulation, Katie Davidson and Nevaeh Foster hit back-to-back three-pointers to tie the game as IU Indy would go on to win 73-68 over Youngstown State on overtime. Four players scored in double digits with Davidson dropping a game-high 29 points and Foster finishing with 19 points. Shania Nichols-Vannett scored all 11 of her points in overtime and Faith Stinson added 10 in the Jags victory.
