Horizon League Announces 2025-26 #HLSAAC

INDIANAPOLIS (July 28, 2025) – The Horizon League has revealed the student-athletes who will represent our 11 institutions and comprise our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for the 2025-26 academic year.
Why it Matters:
Horizon League SAAC participated in an in-person meeting in late May and will continue to meet over several videoconferences throughout the academic year.
Each of the League’s member institutions is represented by two student-athletes on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee that will serve as voting members. The League will also be welcoming general members to this group, in an effort to provide opportunity for development to more student-athletes. #OneHL will also be a part of this group to continue the League’s Impact & Belonging initiatives.
Additionally, SAAC members will serve as Cabinet members in the Horizon League governance structure while two student-athletes will also represent the student-athlete voice and hold one vote on the League Council, alongside all 11 Athletics Directors, one Faculty Athletics Representative and one Senior Woman Administrator.
