Under Armour Indoor #HLTF Athletes of the Week (January 20)
INDIANAPOLIS (January 20, 2026) – Youngstown State’s Joseph Owusu-Ansah and Brayden Green, RMU’s Samantha Hennen, and Milwaukee’s Anna Szepieniec have all earned this week’s #HLTF honors.
MEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | JOSEPH OWUSU-ANSAH | YOUNGSTOWN STATE | SOPHOMORE | ALBANY, OHIO
- Won the 60m and 200m dashes at the YSU Collegiate Invitational
- 60m time of 6.76 seconds and 200m time of 21.26 both lead the Horizon League
- 200m time currently ranks 34th in the NCAA
WOMEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | SAMANTHA HENNEN | RMU | SENIOR | PITTSBURGH, PA.
- Took home first-place in the 3000m at the Al Campbell Invitational
- Time of 9:35. 57 is the fastest mark in the Horizon League so far this season
- Split 5:04 on the 1600m leg of the distance medley relay
MEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK | BRAYDEN GREEN | YOUNGSTOWN STATE | JUNIOR | CLEVELAND, OHIO
- Won the triple jump at the YSU Collegiate Invitational
- Leap of 14.65m leads the Horizon League so far this season
- Mark moved him into fourth place all-time in program history
WOMEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK | ANNA SZEPIENIEC | MILWAUKEE | JUNIOR | DEFOREST, WIS.
- Finished first in the long jump at the Tierney Classic
- 6.30m leap ranks first in the League and 17th in the NCAA this season
- Shattered previous program record of 6.06m, which stood since 2013
