2026 Barbasol #HLWBB Championship Bracket Revealed with Green Bay as No. 1 Seed

INDIANAPOLIS (February 28, 2026) – The bracket for the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Women’s Basketball Championship was released on Saturday following the completion of the regular season with Green Bay collecting the top seed.

  • Green Bay finished with a 17-3 League record and is 22-8 overall this season after closing out the regular season at Purdue Fort Wayne on Saturday.
    • The Phoenix will host a First Round contest against the winner of the Play-In at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on Wednesday, March 4.
  • Youngstown State enters postseason play as the No. 2 seed and will host No. 9 seed Wright State at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 4.

    • The Mastodons and Colonials split their regular season matchups.
  • The 2026 Barbasol #HLWBB Championship will begin on Monday, March 2 with a Play-In contest between No. 10 seed Milwaukee and No. 11 seed Detroit Mercy at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT in Milwaukee.
  • Every game of the championship will be carried on ESPN networks.
    • The first four rounds will be streamed on ESPN+.
    • The championship game will air on ESPN2 at noon ET on Tuesday, March 10.
