INDIANAPOLIS (February 10, 2026) – Milwaukee’s Ty Bauschelt, Anna Szepieniec and Kyril Griffin and RMU’s Mariya Chamberlain have all earned this week’s #HLTF honors.
MEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | TY BAUSCHELT | MILWAUKEE | FRESHMAN | RIVER FALLS, WIS.
- Crossed the finish line in fourth in the 200m at the Iowa State Classic
- Time of 22.08 is tied for fourth in the Horizon League
- Also finished fourth in the high jump at 1.98 meters
WOMEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | ANNA SZEPIENIEC | MILWAUKEE | JUNIOR | DEFOREST, WIS.
- Won the 200m at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 24.69
- Finished second in the 60m hurdles, registering a time of 8.45
- 60m hurdle time tops the Horizon League and 200m time ranks fourth
MEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK | KYRIL GRIFFIN | MILWAUKEE | SOPHOMORE | MILWAUKEE, WIS.
- Secured third place in the triple jump at LaCrosse’s Mark Guthrie Legacy Invitational
- Jumped 14.06m in the event
- Currently sits tied for fourth in the Horizon League triple jump standings
WOMEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK | MARIYA CHAMBERLAIN | RMU | SENIOR | SENECA, S.C.
- Finished in seventh place in the triple jump at the Doug Raymond Invitational
- Jump of 11.94m is now the best distance in the event in the Horizon League
- Mark also ranks third in RMU history
