INDIANAPOLIS (March 7, 2026) – Green Bay, Cleveland State, IU Indy, Purdue Fort Wayne and Youngstown State advances to Indianapolis for the Second Round, Semifinal and Championship rounds of the 2026 Barbasol #HLWBB Championship.

  • Cleveland State leads the Horizon League in field goal percentage (46.3) and rebounding margin (+7.1) in League play.
  • Newcomer of the Year Izabella Zingaro paces the League in scoring (18.5 ppg) and field goal percentage (59.4).
    • Zingaro recorded a 29-point, 10-rebound double-double in the opening round to lead the Vikings.
  • Jada Leonard added 15 points, while Colbi Maples, who ranks among the League’s top scorers at 14.7 ppg, provides another scoring option for Cleveland State.
  • Green Bay ranks near the top of the Horizon League in assists per game (15.0) and assist-turnover ratio (1.3).
  • Maddy Skorupski leads the League in assists per game (4.75) and ranks among the top guards in assist-turnover ratio.
  • Player of the Year Jenna Guyer, who averages 15.2 points per game in League play, led the Phoenix with 25 points and nine rebounds in the opening round.
  • Skorupski added a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double, while Carley Duffney (14 points) and Meghan Schultz (13 points) also scored in double figures.
  • Green Bay is seeking another Horizon League tournament title after advancing through the opening round with a balanced scoring effort.
  • Purdue Fort Wayne ranks among the Horizon League leaders in scoring offense (73.1 ppg) and three-point field goals made per game.
  • Alana Nelson ranks third in the League in scoring (17.0 ppg) during conference play.
  • Jordan Reid led the Mastodons with 15 points in the opening round while Lauren Lee added 14 points and Nelson contributed 12 points.
  • Erica King scored 19 points, knocking down four three-pointers to lead the Penguins.
  • Casey Santoro added 12 points, including a perfect 10-for-10 performance from the free throw line.
  • IU Indy advances with a 74-72 road victory at Northern Kentucky in the opening round of the Barbasol #HLWBB Horizon League Championship.
  • Olivia Smith led the Jaguars with 20 points, shooting 8-for-11 from the field (.727) to rank among the top field goal percentages of the opening round.
  • Hailey Smith added 16 points and nine rebounds, finishing among the top rebounders of the opening round.
  • Every game of the championship will be carried on ESPN networks with the play-in, first round and second round games streamed on ESPN+.
    • The first semifinal game will be at Noon ET on Monday, March 9 followed by semifinal No. 2 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
    • The championship game will air on ESPN2 at Noon ET on Tuesday, March 10.
  • The 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Basketball Championships will culminate with second round, semifinal and championship games at the Corteva Coliseum March 8-10.
