INDIANAPOLIS (May 5, 2026) – Purdue Fort Wayne’s Bella Hodges and Milwaukee’s Ty Bauschelt, Anthony Buford and Nevia Levenhagen have all earned this week’s #HLTF honors.
MEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | TY BAUSCHELT | MILWAUKEE | FRESHMAN | RIVER FALLS, WIS.
- Finished third in the 400m at Illinois’ Gary Wieneke Memorial
- Time of 47.20 ranks first in the Horizon League
- Personal-best time also is the fifth best in program history
WOMEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK | BELLA HODGES | PURDUE FORT WAYNE | SENIOR | INDIANAPOLIS
- Broke a school record in the 800m at the Duke Twilight
- Her time of 2:10.05 leads the Horizon League, beating out her own time
- Time also ranks 33rd in the Great Lakes region
MEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK | ANTHONY BUFORD | MILWAUKEE | SOPHOMORE | DETROIT
- Recorded a runner-up finish in the long jump at the Gary Wieneke Memorial
- Jumped a season-best 7.24 meters
- His mark currently ranks fifth in the Horizon League

- Finished second in the long jump at the Badger Challenge, recording an outdoor career-best 5.89-meter leap
- Her long jump effort currently ranks second in the League
- Also finished third in the triple jump, jumping 11.43 meters
