Horizon League Announces Staff Promotion and Additions

INDIANAPOLIS (August 27, 2026) – The Horizon League has promoted Bridget Nash to Director of Creative Communication and Public Relations while welcoming an Assistant Director of Creative Content and Messaging, a McLendon Messaging Fellow and a Graduate Assistant.

  • Bridget Nash has been elevated to the role of Director of Creative Communication and Public Relations.
    • Nash started in the League office in April 2024 and previously served as the Assistant Director of Creative Content and Communication.
  • Tristen Bronaugh has joined the staff as Assistant Director of Creative Content and Messaging.
    • Bronaugh has worked for Pacers Sports & Entertainment as well as on-campus at League member Purdue Fort Wayne.
  • Danielle Dyer has been appointed as McLendon Leadership Initiative Messaging Fellow for the 2026-27 academic year.
    • Dyer previously worked with the Washington Commanders as a Youth Football Assistant.
  • Jenna Black has been hired as a Graduate Assistant for the 2026-27 academic year.
    • Black is completing her Master’s degree in IU Indianapolis’ Sports Capital Journalism Program.
