Jessica Kumke joined the Horizon League in February 2022 and currently serves as Associate Commissioner for Governance, Compliance and Legal Strategies. She serves as the staff lead for all League governance including oversight of articles of incorporation, operating regulations and bylaws as well as directs the League’s Compliance program. In addition, she serves as the League’s contact for NCAA Legal matters.
Kumke earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2005 and her JD degree from the Marquette University Law School in 2008.
